Nenesu Pjdrangzomi (Pjdrangz /ˈomi/ [gauge] [ghost; spirit; soul; demon]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ḿoůma H́ueo̊ Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name Nenesu Pjdrangzomi is derived from the Faeish language, as Nenesu Pjdrangzomi was founded by Trêmêm Diych́ayḿ, who was culturaly Fae.

Climate

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi has a yearly average temperature of 12°C (53°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing -2°C (29°F). Nenesu Pjdrangzomi receives an average of 152 cm/y (59 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Nenesu Pjdrangzomi covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3088 m (10131 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1489, by Trêmêm Diych́ayḿ. The establishment of Nenesu Pjdrangzomi suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Nenesu Pjdrangzomi which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi was built using the conventions of Fae durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nenesu Pjdrangzomi is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi is is constructed arround a series of restrictive packed earth mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Unfortuantly, these millitarily questionable fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Nenesu Pjdrangzomi shows Nenesu Pjdrangzomi as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Nenesu Pjdrangzomi places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.

Civic Infrastructure

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Nenesu Pjdrangzomi's natural decorations nor waterways.

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Cultural Notes

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used makes use of a large oblong hall or building with double colonnades and a semicircular apse and symmetrical central-plan, resulting in buildings with a square central mass and four arms of equal length. Decorative features included domed rooves, arches, soaring spaces, and sumptuous decoration: marble columns and inlay, mosaics on the vaults, inlaid-stone pavements, and sometimes gold coffered ceilings.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is short in Nenesu Pjdrangzomi.

The Flea, Giant near Nenesu Pjdrangzomi are known to be quite timid.

Nenesu Pjdrangzomi's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 3 via moments of science.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of spared the town from an attack. The recitation of the hero's story remains a popular tavern and fair tale.
